Luca Giori DVM, PhD

Dr Giori was born in Brescia (Italy). He holds a DVM (Universitá degli Studi di Milano, Italy) and a PhD (Universitá degli Studi di Milano, Italy) focused on identification of new biomarkers and innovative analytical methods in veterinary medicine. He has worked as clinical pathologist in private practice in Milano and Brescia. He completed a Clinical Pathology Residency (Universitá degli Studi di Milano, Italy) with the European College of Veterinary Clinical Pathology and an additional year with the American College Veterinary Pathology (Clinical Pathology) at the University of Tennessee. Dr. Giori joined the faculty in 2014 and he is currently Assistant Director of the Clinical Endocrinology Service. His professional interests include all the aspects of laboratory medicine (hematology, biochemistry, cytology and quality assurance) with a specific interest in diagnostic of adrenal endocrinopathies.
