Background

Dr. Lee joined the faculty at UTCVM in 2010. He graduated from Tufts University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2005. He moved to Atlanta, GA to do emergency medicine for two years while his wife finished her veterinary degree, before returning to Tufts University to complete a residency in radiation oncology.

“Owners come to me with a devastating diagnosis of cancer, and I enjoy the fact that I can provide them hope, and make their pet’s quality of life significantly better.” Dr. Lee says that is the best part of his job. Besides clinical service, Dr. Lee also finds pride in being able to educate students and referring veterinarians about the benefits of radiation therapy, which is still a fairly new treatment modality in veterinary medicine.

Dr. Lee enjoys spending time with his wife, Michelle, and daughter, Penelope. He is an avid golfer and hiker. He also enjoys cooking.
