Katie has two bachelor’s degrees in biology and Forensic Science from the University of New Haven, and she is certified by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) as a Molecular Technologist. She worked as an ASCP (MB) certified Molecular/Sequencing Technologist in an accredited facility from 2014 to 2017.
