Dr. Valk is an equine field service clinician who provides general and focused care to horses on an ambulatory basis. He provides general medical care as well as integrative (acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine and chiropractic ) care and equine maintenance and rehabilitative barefoot podiatry care.
Dr. Valk provides general healthcare, reproductive, integrative medicine and podiatry services on an ambulatory basis.
Teaching primarily involves clinical training of veterinary students and house officers as well as didactic teaching in numerous pre-clinical courses in the professional curriculum.
