Focus: One Health–Animal, Human, & Environmental Well-Being

- Presenters give 10-min talks with 5 min set aside for questions (abstracts, limited to 250 words, are published in proceedings). Travel & monetary awards are given to the top presentations for graduate students, post-docs/research associates, interns/residents, and research assistant professors.
- Invited keynote and plenary speakers are set up for 1-hr talks.
- The focus is on human and animal health research across all fields.

The symposium was founded in 2007 by the Comparative and Experimental Medicine graduate program and has grown exponentially. This year, we will again offer two days of oral presentations. The 2016 participants are from the following UT departments and programs:
