The VOLVet Portal is designed for referring veterinarians and their clinical staff. Through the portal, users can access the Referral Guide, which provides detailed pre-referral recommendations, cost estimates, and client resources. The portal also offers access to quarterly VOLVet Newsletters, helping clinics stay informed about the latest news, services, and updates from UTCVM.

- A UTCVM team member will verify your clinic and contact you within 2 business days with instructions to create your password.

First register for the portal. If you need urgent assistance, call 865-974-5771 (Mon–Fri, 8am – 5pm EST).
Click the “Forgot Password” box on the login page. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Previously, multiple accounts per clinic were allowed. These established accounts remain valid. New VOLVet Portal registrations are limited to one account per clinic, ideally using a shared clinic email address.
Yes. The portal is HIPAA- and veterinary-client confidentiality–compliant, using encrypted, secure transmission of records.
