The Clyde M. York Veterinary Medicine Building on the agricultural campus houses the Departments of Biomedical and Diagnostic Services, Large Animal Clinical Sciences, and Small Animal Clinical Sciences.

Construction is currently underway on the Teaching and Learning Center which is scheduled to be completed in 2022.

The Veterinary Medical Center and the Webster C. Pendergrass Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine Library are also located within the building. The College has research facilities on Cherokee Farm adjacent to the UT Medical Center at Knoxville.
