UTCVM Portals for Referring Veterinarians
UTCVM has transitioned from a single access point to three specialized portals to better serve our referring veterinary partners.

CoreOne – This portal is for laboratory submissions. You can submit samples online, track their progress, and review results through the CoreOne Portal. UTCVM Diagnostic Laboratory Services also offers convenient, discounted transportation options, including FedEx shipping labels for clinics nationwide and the UTCVM Courier Service for clinics in the local area. CoreOne FAQs; Registration and Submission Instructions.Â

rVetLink (EzyVet) – Referrals to UTCVM are submitted online through this portal. Veterinary practices can securely submit referrals, medical records, and diagnostic images; track referral status in real time; receive communications regarding referred cases; and manage clinic information and communication preferences. rVetLink Portal FAQs

VOLVet – This portal provides detailed pre-referral recommendations, cost estimates, and client resources in the Referral Guide. The quarterly VOLVet Newsletters are also available to referring veterinarians with updates on the Veterinary Medical Center, faculty and staff, and educational resources. If your clinic has an existing VOLVet Portal account, you do not need to register again.. VOLVet Portal Registration/FAQs
Due to the potential health risk to UTCVM personnel, primate samples are only accepted with prior approval and instruction from American Zoological Association (AZA)-accredited institutions. Without prior approval or proper labeling and packaging, samples will be destroyed. Call the specific laboratory prior to submitting any non-human primate samples. The only UTCVM diagnostic labs currently accepting non-human primate samples are Anatomic Pathology (Biopsy & Necropsy), Bacteriology/Mycology, Clinical Pathology, and Parasitology.
